• Project Oversight: Leading quality assurance and control for a high-priority NEOM regional
infrastructure project, ensuring 100% compliance with NEOMs stringent technical
specifications and international standards. Implemented quality control plans, procedures,
and checklists in accordance with ASTM E329.
• Quality System Management: Implementing and managing comprehensive Quality Control
Plans (QCP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP) in strict accordance with ASTM E329 and ISO
9001:2015 standards. Performed quality control tests and inspections on materials,
equipment, and workmanship, including concrete testing (ASTM C39, C143) and steel
inspection (AISC 360).
• Technical Inspections: Executing rigorous site inspections for concrete (ASTM C39, C143) and
structural steel (AISC 360) to identify and mitigate non-conformities before they impact the
project schedule. Ensured compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations, i.e., ACI
318.
• Standards Compliance: Serving as the primary technical authority for on-site compliance with
ACI 318 and relevant Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) regulations. Prepared and submitted
quality control reports and certification documents.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Utilizing Aconex for document control and workflow management,
facilitating seamless communication between Petrojet, Bechtel (EPM), and NEOM stakeholders
to resolve technical queries and project bottlenecks. Ensured compliance with relevant laws,
regulations, and industry standards.

Quality Documentation: Managed the RFI (Request for Inspection) lifecycle for critical civil
activities including deep excavation, backfilling (FDT), and reinforced concrete pouring.
Surveillance inspections of all civil ongoing activities at project site.
• Process Surveillance: Performed continuous surveillance of site activities to ensure adherence
to international standards and project-specific technical specifications. Inspected concrete
finishing and building finishing according to standards and specifications.
• Technical Coordination: Acted as the key liaison with consultants to verify that building and
concrete finishing met rigorous SWCC standards. Ensured compliance with industry standards,
codes, and regulations.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identified technical deviations and issued Non-Conformance
Reports (NCR), working directly with management to implement corrective actions. Reported
the all relevant activities to the manger.
• Materials Verification: Validated all site material samples and laboratory certificates to
maintain an audit-ready quality reporting system. Inspected the material at site, verification of
work before start and during work.
