• Permanent upgrade of NEOM OXAGON Highway 55 (H55) - South segment (11 km of a 22 km corridor) to
a dual 3-lane carriageway each direction, including associated interchanges/bridge approaches, drainage,
lighting, signage/markings, and tie-ins.
◦ Execute the required earthworks (cut/fill, ground improvement, formation/pavement
layers) plus utility/pipeline corridor interfaces (detection, protection, crossings/diversions as per IFC/BOQ)

Scope: Substation construction; civil foundations for process packages (manifolds, pumps, flow meters, chemical
skids, pig launcher, EDG); RCC E&I trenches; pipe sleepers & supports; transformer foundations; fencing, roads,
wellheads, CGF, and 16-inch export oil line tie-in to ADCO ASAB.

Scope

• Supervised bulk earthworks (cut/fill, ground improvement, subgrade preparation) and civil construction of
road carriageways, interchanges, drainage culverts, slope protection, and associated structures per
approved IFC drawings.
• Executed structural concrete works including pile/raft/pad foundations, RC framing (columns, beams, slabs),
substation structures, and equipment skid bases for highway, oil field, and building projects.
• Managed underground utility networks and pipeline corridor interfaces covering water supply, sewage,
storm drainage, electrical ducts, crossings, and diversions per IFC/BOQ requirements.
• Conducted daily QA/QC inspections including material testing (compaction, CBR, cube/slump tests), rebar
checks, shuttering approval, and concrete pour supervision in compliance with project ITPs.
• Coordinated civil, structural, MEP, and E&I discipline interfaces to achieve concurrent construction, resolve
workfront conflicts, and ensure seamless integration during pours and installations.
• Managed subcontractor packages; reviewed method statements and ITPs, conducted pre-activity meetings,
and monitored workfront progress against weekly look-ahead schedules.
• Prepared and processed RFIs, material submittals, and technical queries; coordinated timely responses with
PMC and client teams to maintain uninterrupted site progress.
• Coordinated site layout and setting-out using total station and AutoCAD drawings to ensure dimensional
accuracy and alignment of all civil and structural elements.
• Maintained daily site diaries, construction records, and progress reports; tracked BOQ quantities, prepared
interim payment certificates, and monitored man-hours and equipment utilization.
• Monitored workfront progress against look-ahead programs, identified schedule risks, and coordinated
multi-disciplinary teams for milestone recovery and timely project delivery.
• Ensured HSE compliance through safe work sequencing, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work systems in line
with client-specific HSE requirements across all project environments.
• Reviewed shop drawings and technical specifications; coordinated authority approvals and procurement
activities to ensure contract compliance and uninterrupted construction progress.
