Following are the major tasks during this period:
o Manage the overall Project in respect of all Project Management phases such as Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring & Controlling (Project Progress Management, Material Management, Risk Management, Cost Management, and Change Management) and Project Closeout.
o Develop, implement and maintain planning, processes, procedure, systems, tools and monitor compliance.
o Coordinate the development of Standards, policies & procedures in-line with industry practices on project optimization to improve project schedules & timelines.
o Developing company internal procedures for Project Schedules, Progress reporting, Invoices and Change Orders.
o Plan and provide work direction as required for the preparation of planning and scheduling control systems to give Engineering and Construction supervisors the means to evaluate and improve the efficiency of project execution.
o Prepare/ Review Weekly- Bi-weekly/ monthly progress overview reports, Cost & Schedule dashboards report, KPI's reports, & provide routine updates to department leadership on ongoing efforts, accomplishment, future plans & challenges etc. and comparing with targets and baseline plans.
o Reviewing and analyzing the project risk register, perform both qualitative & quantitative risk analysis.
o Project Risk Management, identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
o Preparing guidelines, status reports, and presentations for Management, reviewing contractual obligations and ensure that the project execution plan, work plan and deliverables are in accordance with requirements.
o Ensuring continual improvement of the Project Controls processes and procedures, facilitating training and professional development to Project Controls staff.

o Manage the overall Project in respect of all Project Management phases such as Initiating, Planning, Monitoring & Controlling, Material Management, Risk Management, Cost Management, Change Management and Project Closeout.
o Responsible for delivering the capital projects safely, on Schedule, within budget and to agreed specifications & providing effective project management to reduce the costs of delivering projects and adding value to the business by applying proven project management techniques.
o Providing complete Project Control Service, covering all Planning, Scheduling, Cost and document control for the Engineering, Materials & Construction Management in accordance with Contract Execution Procedures.
o Providing leadership for planning and scheduling, progress measurement and reporting for the entire project.

o Providing regular summary reports to the Project Management team to provide awareness of key project parameters and assisting with exceptions.
o Monitor the implementation of schedule optimization on projects & integration of schedule optimization ideas into Project Execution Plans.
o Identifying all potential changes to the project scope, ensuring estimates of cost changes and schedule impact are highlighted to the client and project management.
o Ensuring that all requirements of the contracts are reflected in the Plan.
o Responsible to develop & establish the detail design & engineering deliverables matrix for 30%, 60%, 90%, IFB, IFC drawing tracking system with adequate resource utilization.
o Prepare/ Review Weekly- Bi-weekly/ monthly progress overview reports, Cost & Schedule dashboards report, KPI's reports, & provide routine updates to department leadership on ongoing efforts, accomplishment, future plans & challenges etc.
o Produce Schedule register for lesson-learned knowledge base on schedule database to identify historical schedule optimization issues/challenges mitigation.
o Reviewing actual progress against planned progress, particularly with regard to manpower levels, productivity, performance metrics and payment.
o Evaluating EOT claims / change orders and making the recommendations.
o Material cycle follow up & monitoring, since issuing material requisition until receiving materials at site.
o Preparing project risk register, perform both qualitative & quantitative risk analysis.
o Project Risk Management, identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities.
o Using Critical-Path Method (CPM) to plan & analyze the schedules.
o Reviewing the contractor submitted Level-I, Level-II, Level-III & Level-IV Schedules.
o Review, analyze and monitor the progress of Contractors regularly, reviewing updated progress schedules and forecasts, resource histograms, progress curves and current versus baseline comparisons.
o Review of project master plan, Baseline and revised programs with resource loading.
o Performing analysis of contractor schedules, checking the logic, verifying the accuracy of updates.
o Certifying interim invoices of Contractors by visiting the sites, validating the actual progress and processing all the invoices in a timely manner.
