* Review submittal documents as directed by the RE and or Sr. Engineer
* Monitor the mechanical works for conformance with the provisions of the Contract Documents and the Procedures manual.
* Coordinate and supervise the work of all mechanical activities.
* Assist with the final inspection of mechanical work.
* Monitor final completion of the work.
Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
* Responsible for verification and witness of all mechanical works in accordance with established procedures and ITP's at different stages of the project execution.

- Perform directions ordered by Site Manager.
- Coordinate and arrange general construction activities in execution.
- Generally, comprehend the current progress status on site.
- Analyze the performance of the subcontractor and see that manpower control is exercised in accordance with original plan.
- Assure the performance of vendor specialists are in accordance with the contractual requirements and done in an efficient manner.
- Care for the daily transportation of the vendor specialist coordinating with Administration Manager.
- Determine the date of subcontractor move-in.
- Collect and supply data to enable administration manager & field engineer to prepare reports.
- Cooperate with Safety Engineer to direct safety control function.
- Coordinate in determining the scope of each supervisor's work.
- Assist in arranging preparatory work to be done by a start-up team.
- Evaluate changes in the work requested by the subcontractor.
- Oversee material controller's performance.
- Check and evaluate monthly progress measured by each supervisor.
- Maintain cooperative contact with clients engineers.
- Expedite the client's approval on the monthly construction progress measurement of his own discipline.
- Prepare the request for local purchasing.

Ensuring Project Quality objectives have been met according to standards and
specification
Ensuring the quality of material received as per the standards and specification.
Attend meetings with Client (Royal Commission, Sabic, Zuhair & Fayez
partnership).

MechanicalEnsures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
Carrying out all Mechanical Work and equipment installation activities.
Making submittals for all the materials to take approval from the consultant &
client. Installation, Testing, Commissioning of, fire fighting and plumbing.
