Civil QA/QC Manager Responsibilities:

Implement Project Quality Management System
1.Familiar with Client Aramco, SAIPEM, & Saudi Electric Company standard & Codes with International standard ASTM, ACI AASTHO, & ensure its implementation during execution a Project site.
2.Implementation and maintenance of project quality management system requirements in accordance with project quality plan and company standard operation procedures.
3. Monitor quality control function.
4. Ensure that all the inspection and testing activities are being carried out as per client specification, approved IFC Drawing, ITP, Checklist and Applicable international standard and Procedures.
5. Implement project quality management system.
6. Manage site testing inspection audit material inspections and test plan.
7.Co-ordination.
8. Monitor control assurance functions.
9. Supervise site QC engineer QC inspectors in performing their responsibilities.
10 Maintenance and calibration of test equipment’s.
11. Conduct process improvement studies and apply quality improvement techniques.
12.Review of technical submittal prior to issue to consultant & provides technical assistance for construction quality problems.
13.Implement the QMS procedure quality documentation for the project method statement. ITPs. Procedures instruction as per the project specifications.
14.Analyzed daily progress data collected by QC inspectors.
15.Monitoring all on going site activates.
16.Manage all the QA/QC staff observe progress resolved conflict and preparations for upcoming work.
17. Issuing pro-active / NCR to the site construction team for corrective action.
18.Established and implement the reporting system with TQM department.
19.Conduct QC weekly meeting the QC team and construction team, discuss about problems facing by QN Inspectors at site, giving inductions prior to start of any new activity as per our method of statement/ITPs/check list and client specs. To avoid any Rework.

Responsibility
1. Familiar with Client- SEC standard & Aramco standard & Code with International standard ASTM, ACI AASTHO, & ensure its implementation during execution a Project site.
2.Ensure that all the inspection and testing activities are being carried out as per client specification, approved IFC Drawing, ITP, Checklist and Applicable international standard and Procedures
3.Conduct Site Surveillance and Inspection of Project Civil activities as per approved IFC Drawing
4.Check all materials and equipment as delivered on site and ensure its compliance with approved supplier, materials and specifications
5.Prepare the Quality Documents such as ITP, Checklist, MOS of the Civil Construction activities
6.Review the contract documents for each Construction Stage/Phase in respect of QA/QC requirements and procedures and advise the Project Manager/Director of any deficiency.
7.Prepare and Issue the RFI to client for completed civil activities and received materials
8.Issue NCR & Pro- Active as necessary including follow-up and Preventive / Corrective action
9.Ensure that the MEP clearance has received prior to pour the concrete as per requirement
10.Ensure that the Markup/Redline Drawings are approved from Client prior to Execution at site
11.Coordinate with Client Representative to solve the Project Technical and Quality Issues
12.Coordinate with Construction Representative to close the Internal /External violation with in ACD (agree completion date)
12.Follow up to close the snag points / Punch Points in order to get the MCC on time
13.Implementation of approved worked procedure, technical specification and quality
Control program to achieve required quality,
14.Operating SAP module for user decision for about the material release.
15.Authoring quality related documentation (reports, logs, and records), completing required information for daily reports and client communications in a timely and accurate manner.
16.Coordinate with independent laboratory for field test and laboratory test for different materials and sample,
17.Attending weekly meeting between contractor client and consultant for quality related matters,
18.Ensure that all data and information is updated, well organized and easily accessible; and that lessons learnt and best practice are capitalized.

 Responsibilities
 Develop a program plan, ensure its smooth implementation, and manage the team’s performance of project tasks and activities that may include, but are not limited to:
 Estimating Quantities And Preparing B.B.S.Etc
 Preparing of Boqs,
 Reinforcement, Bar Bending, Scheduling,
 Ensure appropriate design, construction and implementation of WASH hardware according to technical standards, as well as proper maintenance and use of WASH equipment.
 Identify and monitor risks, constraints or escalating issues, and inform the hierarchy accordingly.
 Construction or rehabilitation of water networks, gravity flow systems, wells or boreholes.
 implementation of latrines or other sanitation facilities.
 Monitoring of sub-contractor work.
 Water treatment.
 Water trucking and emergency water supply.
 Water provision for irrigation.
 Ensure that all data and information is updated, well organized and easily accessible; and that lessons learnt and best practice are capitalized.
