Detail site inspection of the E&M works to ensure strict adherence to the Approved drawings, Technical specifications, Contract Agreement, International Standards, QA/QC plans and HSE plans.
•Prepare realistic plans for implementation, critically monitor execution and recommend appropriate curative action for achieving of project objectives.
•Supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of E&M works.
•Review/check material submittal, RFI's, MIR’s, Tender/Construction /Shop/As-built drawings.
•Verify/prepare of interim payments certificates, variation orders and engineering estimates.
•Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
•Maintain project coordination among all the contractual parties such as client and contractors.

Familiar with NEC-2014 “National Electrical Code”, IEC-60364 “Electrical Installations of Buildings” and BS-7671“17th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulation”.
