# Electrical Engineer. From Jul 2019 to May 2022.
* Project: - INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES FOR EUROFIGHTER TYPHOON AT ALI AL-SALEM AIR FORCE BASE. Client: Ministry of Defense & Leonardo. Contractor: AL Ghanim International. Consultants: Dar Al-Handasa.

Duties:

1. Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings, revise the manufacturer drawings of DB, MSB, and MLTP with the factory, ensure documentation and records in use are reviewed and approved by the consultant.
2. Make calculations (selecting C.B and cables, de-rating, voltage drops and short circuit).
3. Executing electrical works in buildings and bunkers (shelters): Lighting & Power system, cable tray works, installing Mineral-insulated copper-clad cables (MICC), Pulling cables, Glands, DB, MSB termination, UPS, fire alarm system, earth and lightning protection system.
4. Executing Raceways of Extra Low Voltage Systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Speakers, AV&IT System and Access Control) and pulling Cat 6a cables, fibre optic cables and Racks termination.
5. Estimate, prepare and assign the resources such as labours, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
6. Follow up subcontractor’s progress, review, and issue orders to pay for subcontractors’ invoices.
7. Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork and perform other duties as required .
8. Acting as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and labours and resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise .
9. Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
10. Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant.
11. Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors and the general workforce involved in the project.
12. Agreeing a price for materials and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
13. Communicating with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
14. Planning the work and efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
15. Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site.

Duties:

1. Preparing shop drawings and as-built drawings, revise the manufacturer drawings of DB, MSB, and MLTP with the factory, ensure documentation and records in use are reviewed and approved by the consultant.
2. Make calculations (selecting C.B and cables, de-rating, voltage drops, and short circuit).
3. Bus duct and Riser works: - coordination with other services, bus duct route drawing, and isometric drawing by the supplier, BOM, suspension system, fixing and installing, making torque, testing, and commissioning and as-built drawing.
4. Executing electrical works in buildings and bunkers (shelters): Lighting & Power system, cable tray works, installing Mineral-insulated copper-clad cables (MICC), Pulling cables, Glands, DB, MSB termination, UPS, fire alarm system, earth and lightning protection system.
5. Executing All External Works for Light Poles, Handholds, Manholes, and Feeder Pillars works for landscape and (MOSCO) Light Tennis Stadium.
6. Executing Raceways of Extra Low Voltage Systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Speakers, AV&IT System, and Access Control) and pulling Cat 6a cables, fiber optic cables, and Racks termination.
7. Estimate, prepare, e and assign the resources such as labor, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
