› Execution excavation work of underground station and all work related to shoring soil like piling, drilling and fixing rock bolt, applying shotcrete and pursuit subcontractors to follow the approved drawings, Method of statement and technical notes if any
› Monitoring the tunnel boring machine (TBM).
› Execution waterproofing work for the underground station with different type of materials ( proofex engage, EPDM, injection waterproofing )
› Pursuance construction activities i.e. formwork, reinforcement, shoring
And pouring concrete for the main station and for temporary work
› Maintaining project procedures with the safely way.
› Communicate with the site manager and consultant’s site supervision team continuously regarding the project progress on site.
› Supervision the finishing work in Front of house and Back of house
› Providing daily and weekly report to site manager
› Maintain quality of the work and submit required IRF as per approved ITP from consultant

› Reviewing terms of contracts and modify it.
› Negotiations with subcontractors about quotation.
› Liaising with client representatives, other professionals within design teams and contractors’ representatives during construction.
› Writing the necessary letters for clients, consultants and subcontractors.
› Pricing projects form BOQ and submit our quotation.
› Monitoring and inspecting the work of sub-contractors and other third parties.
› Submitting monthly invoices to consultant for approval and pay.
› Ordering machinery and materials.

› Handling all structure work and the hotel entrances and lobby finishing as per Kempinski and ASCOTT standard.
› Reviewing the drawings and designs for civil and fit out works and proposes changes as required along with appropriate comments/ justifications coordinating the same with the superior level.
› Using a range of computer packages for developing detailed designs.
› Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
› Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors.
› Ensuring project run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
› Managing budgets and project resources.

› Handling the finishing work for Czech Rehabilitation Center.
› Preparing the as built drawing for the existing building and submit it to the architectural and internal design team.
› Supervision concrete strength test by 3rd party ( core test, Schmidt hammer ) and submit the result to the structure engineer for checking and proceed with extending the building
