During this period I am assigned to the supervision of Construction three 10 Storeys Residential Apartments Buildings & Construction of Infrastructural Works for PHA Flats G-10.
Supervising the Construction works of all the Roads, Sewerage System, Water Supply System, Storm Water Drainage, and Landscaping & Retaining walls .
Supervision & Execution of Cutting & Filling of Right of Way area, Subgrade Preparation, Sub base & Base Course preparation & laying of Asphaltic Base Course & Wearing Course, Road Markings, Kerb Stone & Stud Fixings all according to construction drawings & Specifications.
Preparations of Bar bending Schedules of Culverts & Supervision the construction work of all the concrete works of Culverts, Retaining walls, Overhead Head Reservoir etc as per the concrete design requirements, construction drawings & Standards.
Supervision & Execution of Sewerage System, Water Supply System & Storm Water Drainage System.
Preparation of Engineering Estimates & Bill of Quantities for tendering & Bidding & Drawings and specifications of the project (Toilets, Hand Pumps, & Sewage treatment Units).
Preparation& assuring of Project Planning Schedule for in time Completion of Project.
Implementation &assuring of quality of construction works.
Attended the monthly progress review meetings & presentations.
Checking & Preparation of Bills of all Construction works.
Supervising the Master Planning & Layout of all the Roads, Sewerage System, Water Supply System, and Storm Water Drainage with the help of Coordinates.
Supervision & Execution of Cutting & Filling of Right of Way area, Subgrade Preparation, Sub base & Base Course preparation & laying of Asphaltic Base Course & Wearing Course, Road Markings, Kerb Stone & Stud Fixings all according to construction drawings & Specifications.

Assists the Project Manager in planning, project presentations & meetings with clients etc.
Assisted & coordinated the Quantity surveyor in preparation of Interim payment Certificate.
