Working as ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEER- GEOTECH with BAK at MOHMAND DAM HYDROPOWER PROJECT (800MW). STRUCTURES: Diversion Tunnels (L=3.5Km, Excavation Dia= 17.30m, Headrace Tunnel (Excavation Dia =15m), Vertical Shaft, CFRD (Concrete Face Rock fill Dam, Height=215m), Spillway, Powerhouse, Switch yard, Access Roads, clay liner, RCC concrete and Bridges. Key Responsibilities: Recommendation of Rock supports as per Rock class after Rock Classification and Face Mapping at Power House, switch yard, Left and Right bank Access roads, Inlet and Outlet of Right & Left Irrigation Tunnels, Cut Slopes at Spillway, Power Intake & Dam Plinth. Supervision of Shotcrete, Tensioned & un-tensioned Rock Bolts installation and its grouting at Power House, Switch yard, Left and Right bank Access roads, Inlet and Outlet of Right & Left Irrigation Tunnels, Cut Slopes at Spillway, Power Intake & Dam Plinth. Supervision of Monitoring Instruments i.e., Multi point Extensometers, Inclinometer, Peizometer, Survey Markers etc.. Consolidation & Curtain grouting at Dam body & Spillway using Art Level-3. Drafting Letters, Site Instruction and NCRs. Preparing daily, weekly & monthly Progress Reports. Managing a team of Junior Engineers, Inspectors and Surveyors. Reviewing and commenting on the Contractor's submittals like RFI/RIT, IPC, Method Statements and shop drawings. Attending progress, quality and safety meetings with Client and Contractors. Helping the Contractor for safe and timely completion of Project through achieving good quality.
DEVELOPMENT PROJECT funded by Asian Development Bank. Key Responsibilities: Construction supervision of Small Dams, Weirs, irrigation channel, super passages, drainage culverts, Flood diversion/Cofer Dam etc. Checking and approval of Shop Drawings, Steel Quantity i.e. B.B.S as per IFC drawing. Execution of all civil works according to drawings & specifications. Reviewing and commenting on the Contractor's submittals like RFI/RIT. Preparation of daily, weekly and Monthly Progress Reports. Checking of the Contractor Submittals like IPC, Shop drawings & Construction Method statement/Work Statement, I.P.C's, E.P.C, EOT's and Variations order and claim etc. Plotting of Survey Data using" Auto Cad". Meetings at Client Ofice and Consultants head ofice regarding work progress and other issues at sites. And other related activities during the Construction Works.

Supervision of Tunnel Wedge Cutting, Charging and blasting activity.
Issuance of Rock support sheet as per Rock class after Rock Classification and Face Mapping.
Supervision of primary support i.e., Wire mesh, rock bolts and Shotcrete.
Supervision of all type of Concrete (G10, G15, G25, G35), Shotcrete, SN Rock Bolts installation and Grouting, Slope cutting of Headrace Tunnel Portal, Slope cutting and support installation of Power House Slope Cutting, Excavation and support installation of 42m high and16m Dia Surge Chamber, Excavation of Vertical Shaft (Height:400m, Dia:3m).
Construction of Access Road to Weir which includes Causeway, Retaining walls, Breast walls.
Construction supervision of 03No, s of pre-stressed bridges.
Checking the Contractor Submittals like IPC, Shop drawings & Method statement, EPC and Variations order and claim etc.
Checking and verifying the Contractor submitted Quantities of all the above mentioned structures.
Making Variation orders & EOT’s.
Intake Structure, Vertical Shafts, Power House, Tunnels, Pen stock, Switch Yard &Cellular Cofferdam.
Duties Performed are:
Supervision of Dismantling the existing structure of T-4 Outlet using drill and blast method. The charging, stemming, delay pattern, Peak particle velocity measurement and confirmation after blast for misfire etc.
Report preparation of blasting activities on daily basis.
Supervision of Cellular Cofferdam construction.
Supervision of Power House and Pen stock Slope Cut Excavation, Powerhouse Construction & Structural Concreting.
Inspecting site for civil/structural works and makes sure that carried out works are in compliance to contract drawings and documents.
Checking the Contractor submittals like Method statement, Shop Drawing, IPC, EPC and Variations order and claim etc.
Supervision of Consolidation Grouting & Jet Grouting.
Quantity calculation of various structures for variation orders.
Liaises with all contractors on site, guides and instructs the site personnel to ensure high quality as necessary.
Weir, Fish Ladder, Flushing Section, Lateral Intake, Sand Trap, Headrace Channel, Overflow Spillway, Upstream Blanket, Power House, Tail race channel, Switch yard, Bridges and Access roads.
Duties performed are:
Supervision of the ongoing excavation and construction activities at Intake Hydraulic Structures (Weir, Flushing Section, Lateral Intake & Sand Trap), Tunnels (Headrace Tunnel, Surge Chamber, Vertical Shaft & Pressure Tunnel), Powerhouse and Switch yard.
Supervision of the above ground blasting activity for Intake Hydraulic Structures excavation as per the approved blasting design pattern and Method Statements.
Supervision of slope support (Wire Mesh, Shotcrete & Rock Bolts) of the excavated slopes, installation of slope monitoring instruments (Multi-Point Extensometer, Inclinometer and Peizometer etc.) and checking the obtained data from slope monitoring instruments with the allowable deformations/ readings shown in construction specifications.
Supervision of drainage blanket construction under weir foundation.
Checking of steel reinforcement, form work and supervision of all the concrete works (Cold Weather Concreting & Hot Weather Concreting) of Intake Hydraulic Structures as per approved Construction Drawings, Method Statements/Construction Work Packages (CWP) and Construction Specifications.
Supervision of Tunnel’s construction using NATM Method.
Supervision of charging/drill and blast pattern, blasting and mucking activity.
Supervision of excavation of 435m deep vertical Shaft (Dia: 3.2m) using Rise Boring Machine.
Supervision of concrete lining at Headrace Tunnels, Surge Chamber, Vertical Shaft and Pressure Tunnel.
Supervision of 6.2Km long Road construction (Retaining Walls, Breast Walls, Gabion Walls, Road Excavation, Road Embankment, Sub Base, Base Course, TST (Triple Surface Treatment)).
Supervision of Bridge Construction activities (River Diversion, Foundation’s Excavation, Foundation and Pier construction, Abutment Construction, Girders casting and pre-stressed, Girder Launching & Deck construction etc.)
Checking the Contractor Submittals like IPC, Shop drawings & Method statement etc.
Preparing the Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Reports & Monthly Reports and keeping records of all the above mention structures.
Tunnels, Trapezoidal PCC Channels, Aqueducts, Siphons, Super Passages, Culverts, PCP Segments, Nacca’s, Access road etc.
Duties performed are:
Supervision of construction of 39 Km Road along main canal & service roads along dis-tributaries.
Supervision of tunnels, Siphons Aqueducts, Drainage culverts, super passages, lining, falls etc.
Testing of construction materials at the contractor’s provided laboratory at site under international specification and standards.
Steel Quality, Quantity, Dimensions, fixing as per drawing.
Execution of complete civil work according to drawing.
Preparation of daily, weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
Plotting of Survey Data using” Auto Cad”.
Survey Supervision with the help of “Total Station”.
And other related activities during the Construction Works.
Main Building, Laboratories etc
Duties performed are:
Supervision of on-going construction works in building.
Monitoring of progress and activities of the project.
Updating the weekly and ten days’ progress reports.
Execution of complete civil work according to drawing.
Steel Quality, Quantity, Dimensions, fixing as per drawing.
Concrete pouring at site and ensuring specified mix design ratio.
