.) Design & selection the SWRO, BWRO, UF and pretreatment equipments and methods to make water more useful for Industrial application and Processes.

• Scan market for identifying and developing water Chemicals Clientele.
• Perform water quality analysis testing to determine pH, TDS, total hardness and other parameters as required and take appropriate action based on results.
• Recommend chemicals and their dosage to maintain number of cycles and other residual contents in a cooling water system.
• Monitor the plant operating parameters such as flows, pressures, temperature, chemical feed and water quality by reference to measuring systems and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide services in RO plants regarding cleaning of membranes (CIP), cartridge filters fittings and multimedia filter resins charging.
• Responsible for the process operation of process water, non potable, potable, & R.O water.
• Provide and recommended chemical dosing and services in water management in various sectors like Power plants (CCP), petrochemicals, refineries, distilleries and textiles.
• Analyze and recommend chemical, biological, or other wastewater treatment methods to prepare water for industrial or home use.
• Planned and scheduled the maintenance of equipment and Calibrate of equipment used for water analysis.
• Prepare an accurate, customer specific quotation, these are within the companies’ policies and guidelines.
• Follow up the quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations and persuade/convince customer to place the order with the company.
• Review current water treatment methods for cost efficiency, environmental impact, and output and water quality.
•Designing of cooling system for engine, compressor and chiller.
•Designing of complete heat recovery system from engine.
•Designing of radiator.
•Providing technical assistance to customer.
•Sales coordination.
1 month internship at Clariant Pakistan Limited where I had learned about the processes of Dyeing(Color dyes) and Emulsion(Adhesives) which is then used in Leather, Textile and Paper Industries. Also gain knowledge of Effluent plant process, Ware house and ESHA (Health and Safety) department.
