• Leading the service function for the brand in the world biggest and most advance service centre. Responsibilities are as mentioned below in Service Manager Position.
• Leading the Pre Delivery Inspection team in two locations as additional responsibilities.
• Leading a large team of 112 staff (2 Managers, 1 Technical Advisors, 6 Team Supervisors, 6 Quality Controllers, 10 Service Advisors, 2 Delivery Advisors & 85 Technicians)
Reporting to Automotive After sales General manager. Managing the service operations in the biggest and most advance service center in the world (GM - Chevrolet Dealer in Kuwait). Responsible of managing large volume Center and achieving service department targets in term of CSI, FIRFT, Financial Targets and developing talents. Awarded of GM Service Excellence in 2010. Consistently over achieved all targets without fail. Managing Large team of 125 persons (4 managers, 10 team Supervisors, 2 Technical Advisors, 16 Service Advisors additional to QC and technicians). Responsibility include also interviewing, hiring, developing potential, managing performance..
Managing the front Office & delivery team and customer care team in the front office of large volume service operations of GM - Chevrolet Dealer in Kuwait.Also managing the GM Quick service & Fleet Service departement. Reporting to after sales general manager. Championing the company efforts in improving the customer satisfaction.
Managing the workshop operation in large volume service operations of GM - Chevrolet Dealer in Kuwait. Reporting to Service Manager. Responsible of achieveing the workshop targets of Productivity & FIRFT.
Work Shop Supervisor responsible of supervising the front office & Workshop team in the main service centre of Jaguar & Land Rover Dealer in Dubai.
Service advisor in Al Tayer Motors. Dealer of the following brands; Ford, Jaguar & Land Rover in Dubai. Responsible of the complete customer experiance in service visit from the time of booking an appointement till the moment of confirming his satisfaction after the visit.
