• Responsible for all (Facilities, Equipment and Tools) maintenance, condition and scrape in the shipyard and camps.
• Responsible for working safely and following instruction of safety.
• Lead maintenance teams ( Electrical- Mechanical-Civil-outfitting)
• Plan, direct, lead, and supervise maintenance work inside the yard and all Zamil camps .
• Monitoring the activities and managing projects in shipyard and camps.
The National Manager (NM) is responsible for managing all aspects of the Service Centers. The (NM) drives superior results by selecting, coaching and developing teams of reception section heads, workshop section heads, service advisors, workshop team leaders and technicians. Who are committed to achieving superior results. The (NM) analyzes the business to identify opportunities for growth and increased profitability. Through the development and implementation of competitive strategies, by maintaining high personal standards for performance and by doing what’s right every time, the (NM) creates outstanding value for our customers and members with outstanding customers satisfaction(CSI), high quality of work (QOW)and the continuous increase in financial income and financial gains for service centers.
My Responsibilities
Plan, direct, lead, and supervise the work and productivity levels of Associates to ensure Standards are met or exceeded. Build relationships with Human Resources and Loss Prevention teams to help provide assistance in the daily Automotive Center operations also with warranty department and all sections in all service centers.
