• Manage warranty claims raised by client by studying them and accomplishing the contractual requirement.

• Reviewed the test package for pressure tests and supervise the pressure tests conducted at site

c. Commissioning of lube oil systems, cooling water system, condensate system, steam lines etc.
d. Servicing of turbines, erection of Gas compressors, Boiler feed pumps, miscellaneous pumps, By-pass stack and condensers
e. Fabrication, erection/installation and commissioning of steam, water, oil pipelines and underground pipelines
f. Fabrication, erection, testing and commissioning of Water cooled Condensers
Projects worked:
• Worked as an Engineer in the overhauling of 236 Mega Watts Steam Turbine (Krafts Work Union Design, BHEL make) as a part of Shut down Maintenance at Madras Atomic Power Station, Kalpakkam, Tamil Nadu
• Worked as an Engineer in the Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 107 Mega Watts combined cycle power project (70 Mega Watts Frame 6 FA GE Gas Turbine & 37 Mega Watts Krafts Work Union Design, BHEL make Steam Turbine) at KKCCPP, Thirumakkottai, Thiruvarur Dist., Tamil Nadu
• Worked as an Engineer in the Erection, Testing & pre-commissioning of 2x250 Mega Watts Steam Turbine, Generator and auxiliaries at Suratgarh Thermal Power Station, Suratgarh, Rajasthan
