Responsible for acting as a liaison between clients and owners. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, market prices, sales and leasing inquiry and other queries. Managing large amounts of incoming calls and customer inquiries, generating sales leads, identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
