ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review the Sub-Contractors' proposed schedule in Primavera P6 (Level-4) and verify its compliance with the latest Client's priorities and contract milestones.
• Integrates inter-discipline schedule requirements and constraints to establish logical work sequences for assigned disciplines or specialties.
• Reviews and assesses the work sequences with the total project plan.
• Establishes and implements methods for determining activity durations within assigned disciplines or specialties.
• Review the accuracy of Sub-Contractors' daily records of progress and resources.
• Provide weekly comparisons of 'Actual' resources on site against 'Required' or 'Planned' resources and highlight it on areas of concern.
• Develops quantity release and/or installation curves for assigned disciplines/areas or specialties.
• Reviews schedule data, identifies and acquires information needed to complete work logics to interface between assigned disciplines, specialties and/or projects.
• Monitoring progress on weekly, monthly basis against target baseline or forecast schedule and generate various reports that will serve as management internal support information or as client management requirement.
