Task and Responsibilities:
• Ensure Visa, Labor Card, Emirates ID renewals are done in a prompt and orderly fashion and avoid from incurring fines report to our PRO & HR Manager
• Maintain high integrity & confidentiality of the employee related information.
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contracting recruiter, using news groups and job sites.
• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; screening interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
• Encoding, reviews and imports employee time in & out (for office, Site Engineers & Labor staff) into the company payroll system via spreadsheets completed and get approval from the Management.
• Ensure accurate benefit deductions and record keeping for All Employee.
• Administration of Annual Leaves, Short Leaves, Sick leaves and other leaves
• Issuing letters such as Employment Certificate, Salary Certificate, No Objection letters, Salary transfer letters, Promotion Increment, Memos etc.
• Preparing Leave Calculation & Final Settlement for All Staff.
• Enrollment and deletion of employees with group Medical & Life insurance schemes Maintaining Employee Master list updated.
• Making travel arrangements car hire, flight booking, and hotel bookings to accommodate the guest outside country.
• Monitoring passports in and out.
• Raising orders and checking invoices.
• Welcome guests and greet them cheerfully, direct them to contacts or meeting area
• Answer phone calls, note down specific information or record as voice messages, transfer calls to different department staff and ensure that no calls go unanswered.
• Schedule appointments with Engineer’s and answer queries of clients.
• Monitoring passports in and out.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, making staff expense claim sheet, Trip Sheet for Driver’s, Petty cash fund or I.O.U.
• Courier Booking (Fed Ex, TNT, DHL, Aramex, UPS, Century Express & Empost)
