Supervise, monitor, and coordinate CHV’s their daily activities, by connecting them to the different health service providers in AL-Zataari camp, while preparing, facilitate and organizing different trainings, educational sessions, community gatherings and focus group discussions targeted at CHV’s, the community especially women, men of child bearing age.
- Prepare and implement health related awareness campaigns, educational sessions regarding Reproductive health, newborns essential care and breastfeeding, NCD’s, CD’s, personal and environmental hygiene practices.
- Collect, prepare and organize weekly and monthly reports while integrating and shared with other IRD components, UNHCR, NGO’s, MOH, and community based service providers.
- Assess and conduct home visits to cases of essential needs while following up on special cases related to Reproductive health, antennal case, post-natal care, neonates, and infants and young children feeding practices.
- Coordinate and communicate with psychosocial, SBGV components at IRD or other specialized organizations in regards to conducting needed trainings and educational sessions to CHV’s, while managing needed referrals.
- Prepare and analyze CHV’s time sheets, cash for work, leaves and conduct interviews for the selection process of CHV’s.
- Facilitate the opening of discussion and communication channels with other health and RH service providers in the camp at the RH group meeting.
- Design and implement formats on ODK and CMORE systems targeted to perform large scale data collection and research studies in Al-zataari camp
