Conduct review and approval of shop drawings, Material Submittals, Vendor prequalification’s, Method of statement, As Built drawings, calculations, schedules, training manuals, spare parts, warranty, Operation and Maintenance manuals, etc.
Review of Quality Plan, ITP and T&C Procedures.
Review daily, weekly / monthly quality reports of the project.
Raise NCR to the contractor for any unapproved design/or materials installations.
