• Analyze/Review the Divisions/Sales teams on Sales, Customer coverage, Pre-Qualifications, based on their Annual plans and budgets.
• Prepare & Review the divisions/teams Cash flow, Expenses, Inventory/Debtors management based on their annual budgets.
• Assist in preparing monthly Flash Budget reports, review and finalize them based on the Company’s objectives. Suggest and implement cost cutting plans to increase profitability.
• Prepare cheques/TT for various divisions, Prepare banking documents for various facilities.
• Prepare petty cash, receivables & payables and pass journal entries.
• Perform other adhoc duties are required by the management.
> Analysis of business functions and Retail & Corporate banking products. Develop and improve product policy and implement the same aiming for higher profits.
> Evaluate and analyze business applications and services (retail/corporate) in accordance with credit policy and determine inherent risk of liabilities.
> Monitor exposure/ portfolio/ industry concentration on a regular basis to ensure that the portfolio is maintained within good standards.
> Conducting industry analysis of commercial customers and analyzing in a comprehensive write up to assess the financial risk with delegation of authority and service level agreement.
> Evaluating/Analyzing all credit applications received primarily for Personal loans - Expat Loans, UAE National Loans, Top-up Loans and in back up capacity for Credit Cards, Business / SME Cards, Mortgage Loans in accordance with Lending and Credit Policy.
> Performing Credit Initiations checks - Blacklist/Exposure checks/MOL online checks, AL Etihad Credit Bureau Checks and use of Finacle and SAP Business Objects for report generation and complete the credit checklist.
> Providing quality service & extensive support to Customers within the committed TAT.
Training newly recruited Credit Analysts and conducting refreshers for existing analysts.
> Recognizing quality of Credit risks and exercising prudent Credit judgment in developing/ implementing appropriate Credit initiation procedures.
> Meeting all service standards and indicators as per defined goals.
> Performing other tasks as directed by Management from time to time.
Providing extensive counselling by guiding customers towards accomplishments of their professional goals.
Played an important role in formulating and implementing marketing strategies for making the Organization visible in the highly competitive market.
Coordinating with other departments for providing support to the customers and smoothly resolving their queries if any.
Responsible for generating and maintaining MIS and other business reports.
Promoted and marketed the organization in Web and Print media with the objective of creating brand awareness among the prospective customers.
Successfully achieved the targets laid down by the Organization.
Organized and promoted the organization in Career Fairs, Seminars and Educational Workshops.
