Monitored and coordinated the subcontractors progress on-site and ensured their adherence and
compliance to the project schedule.
Preparation of engineering submitting, Procurement &. Delivery schedule.
Identifying the delayed activities and creating the relevant corrective actions.
Drafting the contractual letters to different parties as necessary.
To prepare regular report sand providing a complete analysis of the major deviations in terms of
planning and cost.
Prepared the weekly and monthly reports for client review.
Monitor day to day work progress (DPR) and prepare the weekly and monthly program and reports.
Working on all the related submissions (PQ, MAS, IR, RFI &. SD).
Updating the document logs.
Procurement related activities.
Worked under bridge projects and road projects.
Prepare project baseline program (Tools: Primavera P6, MS Excel) covering the entire scope and
within defined timeline.
