Oversee the nursing staff and operations in a healthcare facility including but not limited on coordinating patient care, managing the nursing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, developing competency assessment, providing patient education, and ensuring compliance with standards of practice.

Collaborating with other health care professionals. Contacting procurement for any supplies and equipments needed. Conduct interviews for Nursing, and other administrative duties.

Performs initial assessment by checking vital signs like monitoring blood pressure, temperature and pulse, and ensure that IV lines are maintained. Assist with surgery, supplying physicians with needed surgical tools and instruments. Collects and draw blood and other specimen needed for laboratory examinations.

Responsible for Initial screening, monitor disease progression, assist with early treatment of chronic ocular conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and dry eyes. Performed primary, follow up and discharge assessments of patients who have undergone surgery such as lasik and corneal ring implants. Assisted ophthalmic surgeries and procedures including YAG laser capsulotomy and Intense Pulsed light therapy for Chronic Dry Eyes.

Offered bedside care, treatment and clinical documentation for patients with medical surgical diagnosis. Administered prescribed medications, started intravenous fluids, and documented patients' charts by recording food and fluid intake and output. Answered patients' calls and determined how to assist them, as well provided family support. Measured and recorded patients' vital signs, such as height, weight, temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration. Provided basic patient care and treatments, such as dressed wounds, treated bedsores, gave enemas, douches, and performed catheterizations. Assisted patients with bathing, dressing, maintaining personal hygiene, moving in bed, standing and walking.

Taking responsibility for the decontamination of instruments. Maintained dental operating equipment. Ensured that all relevant materials and supplies are in place. Looking after patient records - including making notes when the dentist is examining a patient. Assist in providing dental care to patients in serious procedures like filling cavities, performing root 
 canals, surgical extractions and tooth implant.

Monitor patient’s condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice
Observe and interpret patient’s symptoms and communicate them to physicians
Collaborate with physicians and nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients
Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, administering injections etc.) and fill in patients’ charts
Adjust and administer patient’s medication and provide treatments according to physician’s orders
Inspect the facilities and act to maintain excellent hygiene and safety (decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, preparing beds etc.)
Provide instant medical care in emergencies
Assist surgeons during operations
Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants
Foster a supportive and compassionate environment to care for patients and their families
Expand knowledge and capabilities by attending educational workshops, conferences etc.
