Working as PM, responsible for the entire project which is named Kuzey Marmara Underground Gas Storage Expansion Project.
The project consists of installing a New Surface Plant (NSP) onshore close to the existing Shared Facility (SF) with an injection rate of 30 MMSm3/d and a withdrawal rate of 50 MMSm3/d.Installing a new 28” onshore pipeline from Kuzey Marmara Gathering Station (KMGS) to New Surface Plant additionally to the existing 20” and 24” onshore pipelines. Installing a new 36” pipeline between NSP and 36” main trunk gas pipelines. Integration of the existing SF and existing 24” pipeline to the New Surface Plant NSP. Installing two fixed offshore platforms in the Marmara Sea close to the onshore Kuzey Marmara Gathering Station. Installing two new 28” offshore pipelines between new platforms and onshore facilities. Drilling of 18 UGS wells (9 wells for each platform) . Plug and abandonment of 5 existing platform wells, decommissioning of the existing old platform, 8” and 2” pipeline and associated facilities.

Abu Dhabi, Um Al Nar Abu Dhabi Refinery(TAKREER) UAE; Working for Spent Caustic Treatment Plant Project in existing live plant (Brownfield project), acting as a project manager responsible for procurement and engineering and all construction activities like civil, mechanical, E&I, piping coordinating with the commissioning team to follow up schedule performance. Implemented TAKREER Safety and Quality rules on site.
Abu Dhabi, Habshan Oil field, UAE;Working for Habshan Sulphur Granulation Plant Project Responsible to manage contractor`s activities on site like Civil, Mechanical Installation, Pipeline which is 125 km in total (GRE and API 5L), Piping which is 300000 WDi in total, steel structure, Over Head Electrical Lines which is 49 km in total and instrument installations along with to project plan in the way of GASCO quality and safety rules.
Responsible for installation of piping spools as plannaed sequence . As per completion of job arrange crews equipments, work plans organisation and coordination of the other disciplines like civil, electrical .My special area is sulphur recovery unit in Habshan 5 oil&gas area .
Working for Baku Flame Towers project in head office in Istanbul, responsible for all mechanical items` approvals to use for this project like HVAC, heating & cooling lines, Fire Fighting system, water supply and drainage .Also responsible for the technical office activities like managing sub contractors, monthly temporary payments preparation of O & M files and as-built dwg.`s and preparation for testing and start up the systems .

I worked in Doha in Qatar for RMETP (ethane gas) pipeline EPIC project for Qatar Petroleum, which are 120 km of 20” and 12 km of 24” in diameter including 10 of stations at various kilometres between. I am also responsible for all the mechanical items like fabrication & installation of u/g and a/g piping, equipment installation and fabrication&erection of structural steel at the stations.
I worked in the Spool Fabrication Shop at Tengiz oilfield, Kazakhstan. I was responsible for the fabrication of piping and pipe supports for SGP&SGI projects. Both projects scale was about fabrication of 9, 500 ton pipe spools within a year. We were the main contractor for TengizChevroil.
I was responsible for all the mechanical and piping work in “Yard Upgrade Project” in Azerbaijan for BP. We completed the installation of a total of 12, 000 meters of u/g fire waterline, heating system lines, hot and potable waterlines, and utility airlines. Equipment installation and mounting of the tanks in the utility building were also part of the scope of work. I was mainly involved in generating method statements and risk assessments for the activities.
I also worked in Sangachal Terminal for BP in Azerbaijan. I completed the piping work in additional Train-5 unit including 16 hot taps in the live process plant. I’d been actively involved in producing the method statements and risk assessments of the works.
I worked as Piping Site Erection Engineer for GAMA in Hawiyah Gas Plant, Saudi Arabia, in the construction of a Sulphur Recovery Plant for TPL/Italy for Saudi ARAMCO. We have completed 3600 tons of piping, vessels and boilers installations under very strict safety regulations.
Prior to this job, I worked as site erection Engineer in Al-Jubail in the construction of a Polypropylene Plant (a turn-key project for American PARSONS CO). This work comprised 1600 tons of piping, installation of the reactor and storage tanks for IBN-ZAHR Company.
I worked in the pipe fabrication shop in Tengiz oilfield, Kazakhstan. I was responsible for the pre-fabrication of pipe spools and pipe supports for the Debottlenecking project (large revision of the sulphur recovery plant) for TENGIZCHEVROIL. I also worked on site during spool erections.
I began in engineering design office as Natural Gas Network design engineer and then became chief of this group in corporation with Gas De France as the official consulting company for two years. Then after my position changed to the site management
I managed to set up a several inspection team and installed 24”, 20" CS u/g pipeline of about 258 km for distribution of natural gas and 2000 km of polyethylene u/g pipeline in Istanbul city.
