• Helped a struggling client in securing repayment of a working capital facility worth SAR 3M by proposing an innovative business deal, creating a win-win situation for both the client and the bank
• Resolved issues for 5+ non-performing accounts by carefully restructuring their credit facilities and ensuring obligations are paid in a timely manner
• Recognized by the bank’s top management for successfully outperforming other areas (Central and Eastern areas) in reducing missing security documents from 400+ to nil within limited deadlines of 6 months
