Responsibilities:
• Perform multi-tasking responsibilities in the project as a Quality Assurance/Quality Control, Site Acceptance and Implementation Roll-out Manager.
• Prioritize and allocate team resources to the tasks as well as manage team members on a daily basis in acceptance activities.
• Manage to carry out all the Projects Hardware Quality Installation Standards (Telecom and CME), and cascade, update and maintain all Hardware Acceptance Test
documents and Hardware Installation Standards that were agreed between the customer to the project team (Site Engineers and Subcontractor Partners).
• Manage to carry out the site acceptance updates of the Region to National level.
• Responsible on-site clean-up/rectification and site readiness for Site Acceptance.
• Involved in all aspects of quality control, including reviewing requirements, developing test structures (concepts, plans and cases) and testing the system.
• Responsible for the Quality Assurance and Safety (HSE) in Telecom (Telecom and CME) Projects, conduct training to the local engineers (Huawei Site Engrs.) and subcontractors SE (site engineers) regarding the Huawei installation standards, to ensure company's quality rules, safety precautions and standards to be implemented in the project.
• Manage to carry out the penalties to the HW Site Engineers and Subcontractor Company once they violate the rules on Quality and HSE in the project.
• Aside from being a Project QA/QC, we perform multi-tasking responsibilities in every Project such as; Telecom site management, Product maintenance, Microwave Engineering, Civil/Facility (CME) Works, TSSR (technical site survey reports) review, Site Survey (Telecom & CME), Site Acceptance Management and Assistant Roll-out Management.
• Represent the country's QA/QC at the Southeast Asia Pacific office and later on at Asia Pacific Offices
• Conduct to build model sites (Telecoms and CME) for each project, and finalize the hardware and software standard installation documents together with the customer and subcontractor partners.
• Perform the supervision and full guidance to the local engineers (Huawei Engineers) and subcontractors regarding the hardware installation of all the company's product lines at the site.
• Involved in the project survey for the equipment's lay out and location.
