and monitoring workplace hazards.
Latest Duties& Responsibilities:
• Carried out the safe working conditions on site as per the QCS 2014 standards,
Project HSE Plan, Methodologies, Safe Working Procedures, Legal and 3rd Party
requirements.
• Liaised with the construction team and sub-con’s safety representatives regarding
the safe working environment required on site.
• Ensure that safety induction training and toolbox talks are carried out prior on
deploying anybody to site.
• Carried out regular and random inspections on site and records the results.
• Compiled and maintained records of safety statistics and all safety related issues.
• Developed and implemented safe systems of work / permit to work systems.
• Ensure Risk Assessments have been carried out for work activities.
• Ensure the use/wearing of protective clothing and safety equipment by everybody
as required.
• Ensure the use of correct/safe tools, plants and equipment for the job
• Report any unsafe practice or conditions and propose for the corrective actions.
• Investigates site incident and accident, analyze the causes, provide suggestions for
protective measures.
• Ensure the maintenance of high standards for housekeeping.
• Verify and ensure that facilities, machinery and safety equipment’s are in good
working conditions and meeting the safety regulations.
