• Responsible for the Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment of all company personnel and equipment located in company offices: United Arab Emirates (UAE), Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and United States of America (USA) and Project locations such as: Iraq, Oman, Kazakhstan, Papua New Guinea, and Norway.
• Certified, maintained and Continuously Develop an Integrated Management System (IMS) to the standard of accreditations: ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007 and Achilles JQS.
• Conduct HSE inspection and audit to ensure company premises and project sites are hazard free; and ensure compliance with the company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct and maintain company Health & Safety Risk Assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Environmental Aspect - Impact in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor incidents and follow up including coordination of Root Cause Analysis (Tap Root Analysis)
• Manage and maintain Emergency Evacuation Plans of all company locations in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a Project and Non-Project QHSE Plans with guarantees compliance with contractual requirements and ISO standards.
• Lead, Implement and Mentor QHSE progress of the management team within the company to ensure continuous improvement while maintaining 3rd party certification
• Mentor and manage QA / QC Personnel and Safety Representatives in line with the company QHSE policies and objectives.
• Audit the HSE and Quality Control Plans of vendors and subcontractors for individual projects and suitability, and identify any nonconformance and necessary corrective measures.
• Lead and manage QHSE Training for the company
o Conduct QHSE Training and Safety Induction to New Employees and Refresher to existing Employees.
o Develop and generate QHSE training material for QHSE training.
o Manage company training matrix and personnel training certifications
• Laiason between the company and Regulatory Bodies such as JAFZA (Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority), Trakhees, Dubai Municipality and Imdaad on HSE matters.
• Maintain and manage company QHSE KPIs and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance reports for the company.
• Generate Business Development / Tender documents as part of the management team.
• Manage the Company Management Systems as an Administrator for its Content and its Relevance, User Access to the System, Online Training Results and coordinate management system issues and corrective action with the vendors for the following systems:
o Intranet QHSE Management System (Antenor) / Online Training Systems (Articulate / International SOS) / File Management System (SharePoint)
• Lead and Manage Quality for Operations Team for the following:
o Equipment Data Book Packages, Equipment Asset Management System / Inspection Test Plan, Equipment Testing and Inspection and Calibration of Instruments
• Manage and support ad-hoc activities/requirements for the Dubai office such as IT Support, Procurement Support, Logistic Support and Facility Management Support.
