Received, check and file the Local Purchase orders.
Enter the Sales Order in the system then the Purchase Order to the suppliers. Prepare costing sheet for the total purchase order and get approval from the GM and concerned Sales Engineer.
Process the Order and send purchase orders to different suppliers local or international. Make sure that
PO is accepted and get estimated arrival date confirmed, cross check that there is no problem with delivery date.
Get freight quotation from forwarders and confirm shipment that gets the nomination/approval from management.
Coordinate and organize the forwarder and the supplier to arrange the shipment.
Monitor the status of sent purchase orders to secure the arrival of the shipment on a timely manner and avoid unnecessary delay on delivery to the customer to avoid penalty or unnecessary charges imposed.
Prepare data and reports to track orders, sales and due date to have efficient service to the Ministry and private clients.
Prepare and maintain LPO report as instructed by the GM and send the update weekly.
Assists the accounts department in processing the payment to suppliers & forwarders, proper follow up that payments are finalized on time and alert if this is not the case.
Support in the administration duties by filing and receiving all communication incoming/outgoing and forward to the concerned person. Arrange reply with the assistance of the concerned person if required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Give assistance to operators, trainees, and co-workers through performance of assigned task.
Ensuring that required numbers of production output for machine are produced as scheduled, and as specified.
Making sure of smooth and high efficient workflow in the department.
Responsible for directing and managing the activities of hourly production personnel to safety and effectively meet the needs of the department.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for inspection and receive of incoming raw materials from suppliers if the said materials can be used for mass production.
Checked documents and receipts versus the raw materials received.
Responsible for complete evaluation of products prior to and after mass production.
Determine, interprets, studies and analyzes the trend, the stability, and variability and the quality capability of a production run based on the data and test result gathered by the Production Assistant and Injection Machine Operation (IMO).
Responsible for the evaluation of new products and in drawing up of the quality plan based on customer’s requirement and the plants capability for its mass production.
Directs the quality monitoring strategy and the inspection-sampling plan for the incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection processes based on the data gathered by the Production Assistant (PA) and Injection Machine Operator (IMO).
Defines problem concerning quality, and facilitates problem concerning quality, and facilitates problem-cause analysis and its final resolution, correction and problem prevention.
Continuously monitors improvement of quality from the supplier to the production line up to the customer’s end.
Responsible for giving approval for mass production and in providing instruction for quality monitoring and in evaluating the capability of the mould for the next production run.
Implements required reliability tests, prepares reports, and renders analysis, judgment, and disposition on effected products.
Evaluates customers and product quality complaints, analyzes/facilitates analysis of the cause, and works its resolution.
Ensures all records, samples, and standards procedures are updated and instruments are calibrated.
Ensures quality plans are understood by PA for correct implementation.
Informs the Injection Shift Head for the quality control ineptness of the PA in using inspection tools.
Implementation of appropriate sampling inspection activities and in rendering quality judgment.
Finished Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering-5years coarse
