Context:
Ensure on daily basis the Production support to all Front-to-Back Office/Dealing Desk/Trading Rooms teams
Responsibilities:
• Order Management, Execution, Allocation Support: Direct Responsible of all orders wrongly executed, FIX/Logs messages analysis on servers, and bringing resolution on behalf of the Front Office/Trading rooms traders, dealers or Middle Office teams.
• Supervise all production change development (by developers) as direct responsible of all testing in non-prod environment, animating, communicating with, the impacted users all the change scheduled; co-chairing the change approval manager during daily change review board meetings; deploying the change, post-deployment checking of the results, delivering the communication of change done or rollbacking it if regression.
• Allocation & BO STP Booking: Direct Responsible of workflow allocation issues, analysis and bringing resolution across the Back Office server databases, tools on behalf of the BO teams.
• Client Valuation: Direct Responsible of workflow valuation or reconciliation issues, analysis and bringing resolution across the Middle Office server databases, tools on behalf of the referential teams.
• Financial Reporting, Clients and Regulations: Direct Responsible of the batches running along these special mandatory data, monitoring and bringing resolution when issue arises.
• Single point of contact of Market Solutions Support Chapter, Production Change management of GBSU division of the SG Private Bank.

Deployment and Monitoring of MiFID 2 Directive - Best Execution Process.
MOA Project Management: Business requirements, specifications, definition and
coordination of the execution using functional UAT tests and validation put at production level
Responsibilities:
Under MiFID 2 directive, the compliance team of La Banque Postale aimed to enhance the following main
reglementary control checks, on execution quality, :
• The publication of data on price, costs and likelihood of execution
• The revision of the best execution policy and
• The draft of the annual assessment report of execution quality of execution venues
La Banque Postale’s Compliance team mandates Eric to review, analyze and improve the best execution policy in
place that will ensure the client get the price of transaction order that is the best bid/ask price and costs across
possible market exchanges or quote locations and other alternative execution venues.
He also has to design a template report for annual assessment of execution venues.

Contribute as Data Senior Administrator to manage the availability, completeness and correctness of instruments and benchmarks data into internal tools (data collection and mapping from data providers (pricing and analytics, update into Front office tools).
