Lead Process Engineer: Developing Gas Fields in Algeria-TIMIMOUN /TOTAL Project
•Basic & Detail Design of FEED Engineering for gas processing plant.
•Assist with closeout of HAZOP / PTR actions, conceptual studies, HAZOP/HAZID, SIL.
•Equipment sizing, PID approved, Flare network calculation, BDV, PSV calculation, simulation optimization.
• Technical clarification with contractor and Licensor
•Manage project teams (5 multidisciplinary persons) for objectives: respected for deadlines, costs, quality and technical assurance.
•Ensure that the process design is in line with Company standards and is in coherence with the existing Facilities design.
•Preparing all the process documents during engineering phase.

SOUTH PARS GAS FIELD DEVELOPMENT: SP PHASES 4 & 5 (IRAN)
1. Revising the PID and preparing the modified PID marked-up in site for operating purpose for sweetening unit (MDEA unit for H2S & partial CO2 removal).
2. Optimizing the process operation procedure of gas sweetening (MDEA) unit and support the process operations team in site.
3. Preparing process operation manual for dehydration unit (TEG) and Support the operation team in site.
4. Prepared Amine basic practices guidelines for operators in site with goals of improved reliability, reduced operating costs, and sulfur plant operation
5. Supervision of start-up procedure & function for sweetening unit in site according to TOTAL specification (the plant has been shut down for a short duration to allow maintenance on an equipment items.)
SOUTH PARS GAS FIELD DEVELOPMENT PHASES 6, 7 & 8 Site engineering services
1. Providing the process engineering support in site) for new added gas compressor (process description, operation manual, process control)
2. Providing process operating support for NGL fractionation unit due to modified and optimized process. (Optimizing of reboilers duty for fractionation columns and added residue gas compressor cooler.)
3. Supervision of process functionality of dehydration and NGL fractionation units.
South Gashu Gas Field Development (located in the Iranian port city of Bandar Abbas)
1. Develop South Gashu gas field for gas processing and transportation to Iran Gas Trunkline-7 (IGAT-7)
2. Supervision of process functionality of sweetening unit (Prosernat technology).
3. Supervision of start-up procedure & function for gas dehydration & Mercaptan units applying Mol sieves (CECA technology).
4. Process engineering support to the site operations in order to manage the process to maximize gas delivery & condensate recovery.
