Make contracts for the tenants and landlords.
Records and follows-up the Agents transactions.
Receive calls, emails of the clients.
Making statement reports for the landlords’ and tenants’ record of expenses.
Making sure the tenants’ rent payment is deposited in landlords’ account on time.
Assist the agents when making their transactions.
Making file of all the documents of tenants and landlords; soft and hardcopy.
Registering the tenants’ information to appropriate establishments.
Collect, check and record sales agents’ monthly report.
Keep track of the in and out of the keys, remotes and access cards.
Book cleanings for the units if needed.
Request final bills for the vacating and new tenants.
Records/monitors Sales Representatives’ attendance and coverage areas.
•Records, receives, manages and follow up phone calls, emails and sales inquiries.
•Records and follow up Sales Representatives transactions (quotations, leads).
•Checks Philippine government biddings through PhilGEPS and newspapers every day.
•Records, process, follow up and monitor all Sales Representatives request for their promotion.
•Updates customer’s contact information (ex. Birthdays, contact details).
•Do letters as per requested by the Sales Representative for their product demonstrations and power point presentation.
•Makes the preparations needed for the demonstrations, conventions special events (gift giving) and trainings for Sales Representatives.
•Do Sales Representatives stuffs when needed (ex. Submit quotations, make request).
•Monitors, arranges and schedule sales activity weekly.
•Collects and corrects sales paper works submitted by Sales Representative weekly.
•Assist and provide materials needed for the trainees.
•Files daily activity report for appointments and daily/monthly itineraries of Sales Representatives.
•Undertake further duties, instructions and guidance from management.
Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
•Receive deliveries from the suppliers.
•Communicate with employees and suppliers to answer questions, explain information and negotiate with them.
•Compile, copy, sort and file of the company’s daily business transactions.
