Overall in charge of Crewing Operations, Training, Documentation, Legal Compliance, Crew Finance and Procurement of Wallem Maritime Services, Inc. Oversees the Quality Management System (ISO9001:2015). Negotiates and reviews Collective Bargaining Agreement, wages and benefits of seafarers. Performs marketing and new business duties and handles the social media and campaign accounts of Wallem Maritime Services, Inc. Provides analysis and comprehensive reports to fellow Top Management in Management Reviews. Oversees and approves initiation and implementation of changes to QMS. Leads the audit and assessment of Level 1 suppliers and monitors the quality of service engagements through Purchasing Department. Lead auditor in both internal, external and supplier audits. Leads the team handling client, government and principal audits of Wallem Maritime Services, Inc. Reports directly to the President. Leads the training and development of all employees together with the HRD. Reviews business performance and bottomline together with the President. Represents the company in external activities.

Manages crew rotation, welfare and readiness to travel. Handled overseas accounts including one of the biggest tanker companies in EU. Establishes solid relationship with shipowners and crew managers.
