iDtv Digital is a global multimedia agency, specialized in managing and creating daily/monthly content for Corporate TVs in remote locations as a means to increase internal communication; specifically, the oil and gas industry to promote employee achievements, safety, and internal/external news.

As iDtv's Managing Director, based in Dubai, and responsible for 15 countries in Northern Europe, Africa, Middle-East, and Asia, I was accountable for the following tasks:

* Opening both of iDtv's Middle-East offices in Dubai (Dubai South and Dubai Media City freezones).

* Interviewing, training, and managing a multilingual team of journalists, videographers, and business developers.

* Point of contact to run our Content Management System (CMS) for our clients.

* Collaborate with iDtv's USA and Brazil offices to provide our international clients with standardized digital content.

* Reviewing videos, animations, scripts, storyboards before submission to clients.

* Management of company social media.

* Complete autonomy and responsibility for salaries, cash flows, forecasts, invoicing, and management of multi-million dollar bank accounts in different currencies.

* Travel on a monthly basis either abroad or within the UAE to meet clients and understand their requirements for upcoming projects.

* Filmed, edited, and used After Effects to create motion graphic animations to make 8 instructional videos on how to use Western Leaf products.

* Modeled and rendered 3D images of Western Leaf's kiosk before its construction, which demoed products for GITEX 2014 (Gulf Information Technology Exhibition).
