 Directly reporting to Office Manager
 Welcome and greet the clients and visitors
 Handling incoming calls, emails (such as inquiries and replying), follow up calls and provide information to the callers.
 Maintaining the cleanliness and neatness of the reception area as well as the office.
 Provides assistance to Office Manager and HR personnel for all the documentation needed about company and employees.
 Provides assistance to Project Manager/Engineer regarding quotation, undertaking letters, timesheet, gate passes and security passes for the Engineers working at site.
 Creating Pre-qualifications/Company Profile submittal to client.
 Responsible to keep on track of the office supplies and stationaries.
 Clerical work such as photocopying, printing, scanning and filling of all the company documents.

Performs first line maintenace and preliminary fault isolation.
•Creates ticket for data service problem being reported.
•Monitors trouble report assigned to respective groups, coordinate and endorse trouble report to various repair work units involved in the restoration of the facilities being reported.
•Updates repair ticket or customer record.
•Do initial diagnosis and troubleshooting by checking the status and determine the root cause
•Provides feedback to all concerned parties, Relationship Managers and customers on the progress of the restoration
•Confirms with customers if the data service has been restored and accepted, once restoration activities had been completed.
•Closes trouble ticket once service has been restored.
•Creation of official Incident Report.
•Network monitoring.
•Remote desktop monitoring.
