-Conducting constant store visits followed by weekly and monthly reports, submitted to higher management

-Creating, Maintaining and updating animation circuit floor plans by store by circuit and making sure that most

-Preparing new /renovated stores for the openings, taking care of decorations during openings

-Closely involved in artwork creation process, to be aligned with in store animation elements
-Supervising installations of set ups corporate related
-Looking after interior details, visual exposure and decoration elements during corporate promotions, personal
appearances, new launches, bloggers events
-Providing front desk support to guests and clients
-Greeting visitors and providing information as asked
-Answering telephone and handling flow of visitors
-Managing files, record systems, office supplies and inventory
-Organizing staff meetings and executive calendars
-Creating periodic reports for the managers
-Preparing documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
-Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
