1. Visited Momin Malaysia office and Factory as a part of SCM Induction program.
2. Coordinate with customers/ forwarding/ transport companies in Jebel Ali to ensure timely delivery of goods.
3. Prepare Jafza transfer Documents for deliveries.
4. Planning and monitoring the shipment of materials from suppliers and the related import documentations.
5. Assist the Manager in import clearance from the port and bringing the containers to our warehouse or respective third party warehouses.

Three months project on Petrofac documentation and shipment.
1. Coordinating with the company’s overseas office colleagues and order handling with suppliers to support the smooth and efficient operation of supply chain process. Identify pending deliveries and shipment delays and alert the Sales team for necessary actions. 2.Preparing and maintaining LPO’s, order files, including copies of all correspondence, on all matters from time of order entry until delivery to consignee.
3. Providing customer logistics support and import clearance. Update customers about the status of the orders (production & delivery timings)
4. Follow up on purchase orders with suppliers, shipment tracking of the consignment from the supplier and updating in the company's network system.
5. Adhere to Chamber of Commerce certification, legislation of documents from embassies and inspecting outbound shipments
6. Arrange transportation/freight forwarding company to book shipments.
7. Prepare letter of credit and bank documents adhering to trade finance policies.
8. Coordinate with operations team to ship consignment according to the customers requirements.
9. Assist Accounts with payment follow ups, data entry, petty cash and other administrative functions.
10. Assist Manager in generating stock report, product damage issues and resolving any customer complaints of imported shipments.
