• Managing and supervising all AVON sales process in Red Sea Governorate.
• Sales and marketing trainer.
• Extending and support AVON sales teamwork.
• Creating new customers via holding seminars, beauty lectures, and social events.
• Due to my marriage & moving to Safaga (red Sea Governorate) I’ve collected a sales group and started work as sales leader in Safaga city and Alexandria.
• I started holding "AVON CHANCE" meetings and "Opening House" demonstration which helped me to keep achieving my targets, find new appointments, and increase the base of AVON market in red Sea Governorate.
• I was achieving the monthly target most of campaigns of the year.
• During this period I’ve attended several training certified courses in leadership and marketing.
beside my work as Area Sales Manager I was assigned as Vice Manager for Alexandria Branch
create new customers and deliver them the monthly offers brochure, and take their orders to sales Dpt
During this period I had published several press investigations and articles in the newspaper
