Regional maintenance lead and internal consultant for maintenance daily management systems.
Achieved breakthrough results among the other regions with 7% improvement in employee engagement, 6% improvement in OEE, 400% improvement in MTBF, 70% reduction in unplanned stops, 25% reduction in waste.

Supervised a team of 40+ direct reports with the focus of overall management of production. Main responsible leader for safety, quality and operational performance of 8 production lines and work and development plans of direct reports.
Led daily performance gap analysis process, increased OEE by 4% and employee engagement by 13% and achieved best results in employee engagement and operational performance among other teams in the plant.

Led bottling and filling production lines and +25 line technicians work at optimum performance to deliver an agreed production plan. Ensured 5S, quality standards, company policies and procedures are being met. Promoted Lean Manufacturing practices to eliminate waste and non-value added time. Initiated visual management system for production team that increased efficiency by 7%.

Led capital investment projects for fabric and home care factories such as new liquid production facility, new line installation, capacity increase and upgrading of existing equipment with cross-functional teams including start up stages. Provided ongoing cost and estimate analysis reporting and managed cost allocation. Achieved on time delivery of new liquid production facility with stretch budget and reached best start up performance among other liquid production lines.

Responsible for process reliability, safety, quality and loss analysis across the same area for all baby care packing lines. Continuous improvement via benchmarking and reapplication from other plants. Department quality pillar leader and led quality improvement processes and audits.
