- Conduct Preventive maintenance repair for Hydraulics and Pneumatic system.
- Machine commissioning for FICEP CNC 204 & 164 angle m/c, CNC SUNRISE machines, CNC Shearing m/c, Plasma and Ban saw m/c, CNC Press brake m/c and CNC plate punching m/c.
- Conduct all machine electrical troubleshooting, maintenance repair, wiring installation and motor control.
- Conduct predictive and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Conduct all around maintenance facilities and utilities repair and installation. Motors pumps, Gear boxes, pulleys, conveyors & generators.
- Repair various types of welding machines, 220VAc to GIDEK 380VAC Miller Tig and Mig welding m/c, Electric arc and gas welding machines.
- In-charged for all maintenance documentation, materials and parts request, maintenance audit documentation using SAP system, make maintenance plan for all machines per year and initiate maintenance reports.
- Conduct preventive/predictive maintenance.
- Troubleshooting, repair and set-up of motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, chains, and other mechanical drives.
- Align, fit, and assemble component parts, using hand tools, power tools, fixtures and templates.
- Analyze and record test results, and prepare written testing documentation.
- Inspect parts for surface defects.
- Install electrical and electronic parts in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.
- Install motors, pumps and vacuum.
- Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assembly.
- Repair, rework, and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic assemblies and systems to meet operational specifications and tolerances.
- Verify dimensions and clearances of parts to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments.

- Perform and participate in the preventive, corrective and troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities of the plant equipment and piping installation.
- Attend Toolbox meetings to establish scope of work activities such as safety requirements, permits to work, special tools and materials.
- Comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot, identify and isolate faulty components, on Rotating, and Compressor equipment, using P&IDs, manufacturers’ manuals, drawings and diagrams.
- Identify spare parts required for maintenance work, from manufacturers’ drawings and spare parts lists.
- Perform shutdown maintenance repair and overhaul on all rotating and static equipment, including Gas Turbines and Compressors.
- Participate in condition monitoring checks on machinery, and notify any malfunctions or defects to the immediate supervisor.
- Member of the Engineering Emergency & Fire Backup 24 hour roster team, for performing ship connection & disconnection and safety support duties.
- Observe operation of all equipment during routine activities for abnormalities, and report any defects to relevant Supervisor.
- In-charge for all mechanical maintenance and repairs, machine troubleshooting, fabrication, motors, gears, coupling, air compressors, chillers, conveyor and pumps.
- Participate in all maintenance activities, TPM, 5S and other maintenance activities. Plumbing, Welding (TIG, Gas Welding GTAW and Electric arc welding.
- Repair and installation of Hydraulic and Pneumatic System.
- Supervise production lines.
- Ensures that the per shift/daily/monthly production plan is meet.
