Plan, programme and follow up engineer:
* Coordinate, plan and follow up preventive and corrective maintenance in different business units
with customers (TOTAL Cameroon. Oil Libya Cameroon, MRS Corley Cameroon as far as base
equipment are consent i.e. fuel pumps, electrical power generator and servicing equipment’s. )
* Ensure engineering systems and procedures are developed and successfully rolled out for all
major projects
* Ensure effective coordination between the engineering disciplines
* Responsible for ensuring the competency of engineering teams
* Training and development of engineering staff
* Drive communication relating to technical matters
* Ensure that technical integrity is not being compromised to meet schedules across projects
* Promote collaboration with other functional groups and stakeholders on engineering matters
* Identify and implement additional technical peer reviews as necessary to ensure technical
integrity of location
* Gather information from technical advisors and other relevant team members, external assessment
teams and other relevant sources necessary for optimisation of performance
