2. Managing the Compliance Matrix within the scope of work of the project.
3. Managing the ICD - Interface Control Documents between Stabling Yard and KAHRAMAA/ Civil Contractor.
4. Coordinating the designs of Railway Project with consultants, sub-contractors, joint venture and client (Systra-Parsons & Qatar Rail).
5. Having meetings and workshops with consultants, sub-contractors, joint venture and client (Systra-Parsons & Qatar Rail).
6. Reviewing architectural drawings, exterior & interior design, furniture, signage, & wayfinding.
7. Working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
