I served on a Dynamic Youth Development Program to develop leadership potential delivered to 40, 000 students in 182 schools throughout the UAE by a teaching staff of 430 skilled Emirati and expatriate instructors from more than 25 countries.
Program Objectives: I used lesson tracking systems to identify above or below average performing pupils in the goal of ensuring program objectives are achieved.
Management: I coordinated and supervised a team of six instructors, produced training plans and created work schedules. I monitored lesson delivery in all topics (Military, Police, and Life Skills) to ensure accurate content and application of VARK method.
I further ensured employee compliance with company rules, regulations, and policies.
I coordinated and managed external resources to include transport, police search/K9 teams, and military and firefighting equipment to augment lessons and maximize learning.

Key Contributions
Health & Safety Compliance: I conducted risk assessments, identify shortcomings, and produced monthly Health & Safety reports to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
I was responsible for the daily safe execution of practical learning training and conducted risk assessments for all aspects of classes, instruction, and physical activity.

I served as a certified police officer for a 600 sworn police officer department which serves both the city of Savannah and unincorporated areas of Chatham County. I was assigned to the uniform patrol division where I answered calls for service, conducted preliminary investigations, and patrolled an assigned beat area. As an older and experienced officer, I mentored younger and less experienced officers on my shift. I created and submitted automated incident reports on the Tiburon Automated Report System (ARS) and created and submitted automated accident reports using the Georgia Electronic Accident Reporting System (GEARS). I enforced Georgia traffic law, city and county ordinances, conducted DUI investigations, and made custodial arrests. I packaged and processed evidence in accordance with department policy and testified in court. I participated in department training events and am qualified on department issued weapons
