Duties And Responsibilities:
Appetizer/Salad/Dessert Station:
*Making dough for dimsun wrapper and noodles.
*Mise en place.
*Prepare a range of Hot and Cold appetizer, salad, vegetable fruits, egg and starch dishes including a preparation of various dressing.
Cutter Station:
*Prepare and cut a range of meats, poultry, seafood and vegetable according to stardard of the company.
Cook Station:
*Cooking in a wok cooking preffered.
*Cooking to create a variety of entrees from meats, poultry and seafood with a range of complementary stocks, sauces and soup preparation.
*Withdraw, receive and store kitchen requisition.
