• Managing a network of about More than 70 systems & More than 4 Site offices having 10-20 Desktop Machines

• Hands on Experience on ITIL Based Manage Engine Service desk plus application. Users raise tickets and we respond and attend the issues on time.
• Installation & Configuration of Microsoft windows Operating Systems suites (XP/Vista/Windows7)
• Installation & Configuration of Microsoft office application suite (Office 2003/2007/2010)
• Installing and configuring Network and Shared printers.
• Setting-up and maintaining the windows 2000 servers/clients.
• Assembling of all kind of branded and unbranded PC's.
• Installing OS and Software's.
• Burning CD's for backup and CD Conversion
• Configuration & Troubleshooting of Microsoft Outlook & Outlook Express.
• Installation & configuration of antivirus & downloading updates.
• Provide permissions to the users for gaining access to use network resources like folders & printers.
• Installation of networking equipment's like Switch, Hub, and LAN card, Modem etc
