• Responsible for the start up and overall success of the company.
• Set up and running PCB design and QA departments.
• Building highly technical design and QA teams.
• Covering all aspects of design from gathering customer’s specifications and requirements to scheduling, checking and delivering manufacturing output.
• Coordinating all design and engineering activities with manufacturing and assembly.
• Responsible to resolve and explain all the problems concerning the customer's schematics and requirements on how to implement the layout on printed circuit boards.
• Oversee all new Printed Circuit Board designs, make standards for them and provide continuous in-house training to designers.
• Ensuring error free and timely designs to customers.
• Setting up standards for component and board libraries
• Designed checklists based on customers’ requirements to accelerate checking process
