• Directly report to my immediate superior regarding project status compliance and noncompliance work carried out by the contractor at site.
• Coordinates to Field Supervisor for supervision of work.
• Ensure that the methods statement, shop drawing and material submittals are approved intended for mechanical system.
• Supervise day to day site activities to ensure work is executed in accordance with the project specification.
• Attending QC weekly meeting with OBO Engineers and BLHI Manager & Engineer to tackle quality issues.
• Gathered all the data of Mechanical Equipment
• Raise a notification of non-conformity (NNC) when works carried out deviated from project specification, methods statement and approved shop drawing.
• Conduct inspection on all pumps and valves to be use in the project to ensure as per approved manufacturer and supplier.
• Conduct inspection with Client Representative of all the installation and testing of Plumbing, HVAC, Fire, Fueling and Drainage system, check invert elevation and location as per approved shop drawing.
• Record all the installation and testing of all Mechanical System.
• Conduct material inspection, installation and testing for HVAC system, fire protection system and water system as per approved methods statement and shop drawing.
• Conduct inspection of AHU’s and Chiller with accessories upon material delivery, installation and testing.
• Conduct inspection for WWTP, Sewage Pumping Station and its complete assembly of pipes, valves and pumps upon material delivery, installation and testing.
• Witnessing Pressure and Pneumatic testing.
• Conduct Pre Functional Test inspection of all Mechanical equipment.
• Review shop drawing prior to submission to A/E.
• Review material submittals prior to submission to A/E.
• Review As-Built drawing prior to submission to Client.

• Witness Testing and Commissioning for mechanical system.

• Development of specific tasks and procedures customized to the elevator and escalator equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with published schedules, operating procedures and equipment warranties; provide input to upgrade content and frequency of preventive maintenance.

• Analyzing and checking the chemical composition of materials to be use in molding small or
large propellers and/or boss cap fins.
• Checking the mechanical composition of the materials to be mold like hardness and
strengthens of product using universal testing machine and hydraulic compressed hardness
tester (BHN).
• Make decision for some minor problem regarding the product defects and production
matters.
• Conduct quality checking like die penetrate testing and compressed hydro testing on
propellers boss cap fins.
• Analyzing the drawings, measure and check the product dimensions.
• Check the final product appearance.
• Attending QC meeting with Gen. Contractor Engineers and Sub-Contractor Engineers to tackle quality issues.
• Conduct Material inspection upon delivery at site.
• Interface with the Gen. Contractor Engineer prior to joint inspection for installed pipe lines, valves, pumps and supports.
• Preparing some document such as RFI, MIR and daily activities.
• Inspection of fit-up joint preparation and visual inspection of weld joint prior to commence full welding.
• Checking the quality of pipes and fittings according to specification.
• Performing hydro Testing of Piping system.
