• Prepare files for digital printing including resizing, re arrangement, repositioning of images and other elements within the layout from designer/client.
• Check files for resolution, size (including bleeds and allowances), images and elements against hard copy or control samples to assure accuracy.
• Import and color correct files.
• Ensure internal finishing standards are adhered to at all times.
• Follow prioritization of jobs according to deadlines on work orders.
• Completed required prepress production reports as required.
• Communicate and work with graphic designers and sales staff as required
• Advising sales staff of prepress file specifications.
• Assist Finishing Department and Design Department, as required.
• Provide and keep hard and soft copy of all the work order and printing details as an as is reference for future needs.
