This is a compliance project to conform with latest MADA Saudi Payments Member Bank Interface Specifications to support E-Commerce Credential On File Transactions and Transit payments.
MADA Interface Upgrade to MBI 6.0.11 Interface and ATM Pin Management (Jan 2020 to Mar 2020)
This is a compliance project to conform with latest MADA Saudi Payments Member Bank Interface Specifications to support POS preauth transactions, POS refund, POS and E-Commerce payments and ATM Pin Management.
Bahrain Benefit Switch Refund Project (Apr 2021)
This is a compliance project to conform with Central Bank Of Bahrain requirement to support refund transaction ( Chip, NFC, Contactless, E-Commerce/Payment Gateway).
IST/Switch Bahrain and Cortex Upgrade Project (Aug 2019 to Dec 2019)
This is a major switch upgrade for Bahrain switch (IST and Cortex) to support latest technology and address compliance related issues with existing version.
Performed the certification with Benefit and Visa Scheme to ensure that the new switch and card management version is aligned with existing Visa and MADA specifications.
IST/Switch KSA and Cortex Upgrade Project (July to Dec 2018)
This is a major switch upgrade for KSA switch (IST and Cortex) to support latest technology and address compliance related issues with existing version.
Launch of GIB Bahrain Retail Banking Services ( June 2017 to April 2018 )
As a new bank in Bahrain this is a major project that enables ATM and POS transactions for GIB Bahrain cardholders.
Launch of GIB KSA Retail Banking Services ( October 2013 to May 2014)
As a new bank in KSA this is a major project that enables ATM and POS transactions for GIB KSA cardholders.

o Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as support manager and manages the production support projects related to IST ATM/POS switch application.
Provides technical and operational support to business to ensure minimum downtime of all channels connected to IST ATM Switch ( ATMs, SPAN, Visa and MC via Citishare, Core Banking Host, Internet and Phone Banking Channels).
Provides technical support related to ATM Controller Download or Customization image.
Optimization and Development of Unix Scripts for batch automation.
Provides back office support to the business for daily reconciliation and settlement with external networks and schemes.
Manages the vendor coordination and escalation of handled applications.
Ensures that production tickets are attended and managed according to the agreed SLA between technology and business.
o Accomplishments:
Minimize customer related issues by providing quality fixes to production.
Part of the team that launched Samba Pakistan ATM Debit Card services .
Part of the team that launched Samba Dubai Credit Card services.
Part of the team that implemented the ANDIS Card Issuance System.

Part of the development team that is in charge with the maintenance and customization of IST/ATM Switch.

Part of the test team that passed the Mastercard M/Chip TIP testing certification for Mastercard/Citishare EMV compliance.
Part of the test team that passed the Visa VSDC ADVT testing certification for Visa/Citishare EMV compliance.
Part of the test team that passed the SPAN2(Saudi Payments Network) MBI certification for EMV compliance.
Part of the team that launched Samba Dubai ATM services allowing Samba Dubai business to operate ATM debit card transactions. Provides support and maintenance to business in their day to day operations.
