1. Establish a BCP that aligns with national and local disaster risk reduction unit
2. Develop the business continuity processes and procedures required to deliver the BCP
3. Establish, maintain and improve a Business Continuity and Recovery Planning and exercise the plan every two months
4. Guide and assist in the execution of disaster and emergency response and advises efforts in accordance with the established Business Continuity Management and Recovery Plan.
5. After the recovery phase, initiate lessons learn and improvement of business continuity planning as necessary.
6. Conduct risk assessments for various departments and functions, analyzing potential business impact of unpredictable business interruptions such as natural disasters, security breach, legal claims, and market disruptions
7. Evaluate and assess various business workplace, processes and function for its safety and health performance, asset protection, fire safety and prevention to prevent potential man-induced disaster or emergency
This work of a Safety Officer 3 (Legible to/or DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner) to provide Safety Consultancy Services and Safety Retainership to United Perlite Corporation in compliance with Rule 1033 of Occupational Safety and Health Standards and DO-198-18 IIR of RA No. 11058. The Safety Officer 3 or DOLE Accredited OSH Practitioner will ensure that all Health and Safety Programs of United Perlite Corporation are aligned with Client Standards and is executed in accordance with the Projects Safety Management Plan and applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsible for Consultancy related to Safety and Loss Prevention. Coordinate and ensure the implementation of the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) 5 Star Safety System in respective department and conduct monthly internal audit using the 5-Star Safety Systems elements. Works with the Safety and Health Representatives, Managers, Supervisors, Contractors and Employees in area of responsibility to ensure proactive goals are met as per 5-Star action plan.
Responsible for Safety of personnel, Operational Safety of Power Plant Equipment, Transmission and Dispatch and Fluid Collection and Reservoir Conservation. Ensure that company Health, Safety and Environmental policy are implemented through proper hazard and risk communication, inspection, implementation and audit. Provide safety trainings related to safe systems of work, electrical and mechanical safety in the workplace.
Responsible for Safety of personnel and loss prevention under the area of responsibility. Ensure safe execution of simultaneous steel structure lifting works at the operational boiler area, oversee electrical panel and cable termination installation and commissioning of two separate substation and construction of two giant butane tank and its pipe rack.
Responsible for Safety and loss prevention under the area of responsibility. Oversee 8-units Furnace simultaneous steel structure lifting work, Hot Works, Confined Space entry, Works at Heights and Scaffold. Conduct daily inspection ensuring Permit to Work is obtained and safe work method are adhered to the procedures set out in the HSE Plan, Group, HSE Manual and additional project specification requirements
Responsible in Safety and Loss prevention that might occur during plant maintenance and turn-around activity. Provide safety advisory on proper selection and use of PPE, Safety Equipment, SCBA, Hot stick and etc. Spearhead an initial but prompt incident/accident investigation and necessary reports.
