• Provide production CAD support
• Develop, implement and enforce CAD Standards
• Organize the CAD environment
• Preparation of Concept Proposal Drawings and Images necessary for project presentations through multiple applications via 3Ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop and other Applications Beneficial for the task at hand.
• Provide design concept sketches/drawings for tenders as directed by Project Architect.
• Preparation of Schematic and Production Drawings.
• Prepare work schedule for Design / Drafting team.
• Acquire information related to the project from external (Building Contractors, Architects etc.) and internal departments (Production, Experts) in order to produce clear and accurate plans, elevation, section, details, isometric or perspective, shop drawing (with minimum or no errors).
• Maintain the necessary specification for standard and non-standard construction.
• Checking, monitoring and controlling prints, shop drawings issued to workers as per latest and of the approved.
• Site meeting, survey, visit and measurement on special projects
• Site coordination for Proper Information and work Execution.

• Check and coordinate shop drawings being prepared for proper company standards.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings and As Built Plans.
• Checking and controlling of Documents Issued as per Latest and of the Approved.
• Provide support with technical communication with customers and suppliers.
• Plan the activities for each day and keep complete records of materials used and progress made on the assigned task
• Ensure that safety procedures and standards are followed and also that there are no accidents on site.
• Responsible for implementing various policies, procedures and ensuring that instructions are followed.
• Reviewing of reports and summary of progress made or of other forecasts
• Coordinate with engineers and managers to coordinate various implementation activities.
• Works closely with the workers & coordinate any problems that may occur and think of corrective measures to be taken.
• Monitor the work that has been performed and review the completed work for any problems or other issues.

• Capable of detailing structure such as connection, piping layouts, and electrical layouts and other require details with minor supervision of the architect.
• Assist in finalizing important presentation drawings and other major architectural rendering.
